Overview:

Rahal Ducati Indianapolis is looking for a new team member to fill the role of Sales Associate for our Sales Department. We are seeking someone with great organizational skills and who is a team player. The ideal candidate would be passionate about the Ducati brand and have previous sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to sales leads – walk ins, online, and via phone.
• Maintaining communication with customers throughout the whole sales process.
• Continuous communication with Rahal Ducati team
• Apply knowledge of Ducati inventory and products throughout sales process.
• Performing demo and test rides with customers.
• Performing cold calls, for potential clients.
• Complete motorcycle deliveries for local clients, includes: loading, transport and unloading motorcycles.
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of sales floor and shop.

Requirements:

• DMS experience is necessary and Lightspeed experience a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with motorcycles- Ducati's preferred
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Superb written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization skills and self-accountability
• Ability to work weekends and evenings for special events as needed.
• Valid local license with motorcycle endorsement
• Forklift certified (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $30,000.00 per year
